Podium Advanced Technologies has developed a made-to-measure compact battery for a hybrid power-shifting automated manual transmission (AMT), utilizing torque infill to provide near seamless shifting, in a more cost effective, efficient and lighter way than dual clutch transmission alternatives.

The hybridization ratio helps reduce fuel consumption by up to 30%, particularly at low speed, and increases max power available.

The solution adopted by Podium offers more power and energy in a limited space to a high-perfomance car, making the concept of hybrid applications even more extreme.
