Leader della Crescita 2022 - Il Sole 24 Ore: Podium Advanced Technologies in the top ranking of companies for the fourth consecutive year

Pont-Saint-Martin, 19 November 2021 - For the fourth consecutive year Podium Advanced Technologies is listed in the top ranking of Il Sole 24 Ore regarding Italian companies that have achieved the highest growth in revenues over the last three-year horizon In this edition of the ranking by Statista and Il Sole 24 Ore, the most authoritative Italian economic newspaper, Podium Advanced Technologies has been listed in the top 8% ranking of Italian companies that have achieved the highest growth in revenues between 2017 and 2020, placing at number 38 overall and at the first place in the automotive sector. Only 25 companies have been able to make the ranking in four consecutive years: among these Podium Advanced Technologies, which is also the only one in the automotive sector. Selected by Il Sole 24 Ore in partnership with Statista, the participating companies had to meet strict criteria to be included in the “Leader della crescita 2022” ranking, including that of organic growth being the major driver of turnover evolution. Podium Advanced Technologies scores a remarkable 104% CAGR in revenues over the period, with more than 18 million Euro turnover in 2020. Revenues forecast for the current year is expected in excess of 30 Million EUR. The mid-term perspective anticipates further grow, fueling development with huge investments estimated to be around 20 Million EUR in aggregate over the next three years. This considerable effort is aimed also to the construction of a new research center focused on the design, development and assembly of battery systems for special applications. The last 12 months have been dotted by important milestones such as the completion of the production of the first batch of Delta Futurista, the rolling out of SCG 004S, the race of the SCG 004C at the Nürburgring 24h, the development of bespoke battery systems for special applications in several industries and setting seven FIA world land speed records with the research prototype Blizz Primatist. Above all, the participation in the 2021 FIA World Endurance Championship and the debut at the Le Mans 24 Hours of the Glickenhaus 007 LMH cars designed, developed and built by Podium Advanced Technologies: “This has been one of the major projects for us in this sector, a championship that represents the most important class after Formula 1”, CEO Francesco Monti underlines.
