Leader della crescita 2021: the highest growth in revenues for the third consecutive year

Pont Saint Martin, 25 November 2020 – As in the last two editions of the ranking by Il Sole 24 Ore, Podium Advanced Technologies is in the restricted group of the Italian companies that have achieved the highest growth in revenues between 2016 and 2019.  

Three in a row. As in the last two editions of the ranking by Il Sole 24 Ore, the most authoritative Italian economic newspaper, Podium Advanced Technologies is proud to be in the restricted group of the Italian companies that have achieved the highest growth in revenues between 2016 and 2019.

Only 65 companies have been able to make the ranking in three consecutive years: among these Podium, together with another company in the ICT sector, has the highest growth overall, considering the period 2014-2019 which covers all the three editions. Selected by Il Sole 24 Ore in partnership with Statista, the participating companies had to meet strict criteria to be included in the “Leader della crescita 2021” ranking, including that of organic growth being the major driver of turnover evolution.

Podium reaches number 78 of the 450 companies, thanks to a remarkable 84% CAGR in revenues over the period: from 1.5 million Euro in 2016 to 10.1 million Euro in 2019. In the same period the number of employees has quadrupled, with the arrival of talented people with skills, ideas, and visions.

Main highlights in 2019 have been major investments for the development of motorsport activities, which led to an extraordinary 8th place overall in the 24 Hours Nürburgring, as well for the further development of Battery Systems line that lets the company enter the railway sector with a wide project, and for a small series production unit with the launch of the construction of the Delta Futurista cars for Automobili Amos.
