Il Sole 24 Ore acknowledges Podium Advanced Technologies among Italy’s fastest growing companies

Milano, 13 November 2018 - Podium Advanced Technologies is placed in the top 30% of the Italian companies group selected by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista in the “Leader della Crescita 2019” ranking published today, charting the 350 companies that have achieved the highest growth in revenues between 2014 and 2017. Il Sole 24 Ore, the most authoritative Italian economic newspaper, has partnered with Statista to identify the 350 public and private Italian companies that displayed the highest growth in revenues between 2014 and 2017. Participating companies had to meet strict criteria to be included in the ranking, including that of organic growth being the major driver of turnover evolution. According to the analysis featured in the Il Sole 24 Ore special report today, out of the nine major growth drivers behind the success of the 350 companies, excellence in the pursuit of “Absolute Quality” is what allowed Podium Advanced Technologies to reach an outstanding 66% CAGR over the period, hence earning the prestigious nomination. This acknowledgement comes after Podium Advanced Technologies had ranked – earlier this year – in the top 40% in the FT1000 2018, a ranking published by the Financial Times and Statista charting the 1.000 companies in Europe that have achieved the highest growth in revenues between 2013 and 2016.Podium Advanced Technologies came in at number 16 in the Automotive sector league table of the FT1000, largely dominated by German companies, thanks to an impressive revenue growth of 400% from 2013 to 2016. This latest accomplishment is the evidence of Podium Advanced Technologies continued focus on innovation and technical excellence, sustained by massive investments in intellectual capital development, high-tech equipment and machinery, according to a policy of full profits reinvestment in the company since its inception.
